As a successful radio personality in Washington, DC, Marilyn has enabled stations to enhance their market share with the sought after 25-54 year old female demographic.
Her ability to engage listeners and deliver a message has been an asset to stations and their advertisers as well as national organizations.
In 2006 Marilyn merged her expertise in identifying with female consumers and her lifelong interest in beauty to launch a marketing company and website.
Marilyn writes about everything from the latest moisturizer to the newest body sculpting technique in the BeautyInDC.com blog. She also records podcasts with local experts,
organizes promotional events and appears in beauty segments on area television stations.
As an active member of the local business, professional and charitable communities, she served on the boards of the American Federation of Radio and Television Artists and Big Brothers
& Big Sisters of the National Capital area. For the past 11 years Marilyn has hosted the annual Jerry Lewis MDA Telethon on Labor Day weekend.
